Last Friday, something interesting happened at LMNts Marketing. If you know us, you will know that we are trying to check in with customers to make sure that they are happy. We finished pretty early with customer work, so I decided to check whether or not the client liked the copy we just completed for them the week before. That led to a conversation, and I found out that the first draft was close to perfect. We then jumped on a call and brainstormed a few ideas about how to grow the client’s business and how to present their new offer. I always knew that video testimonials will take my business further, but I never ever had the balls to ask a client. I asked them for a written recommendation on Facebook, maybe Google My Business, after they came for a consultation, as I knew that I had to get the word out about our location. However, I never asked them to go on a video. I didn’t have to.

Funnily enough, the very same day, a friend and colleague we work with turned up at the office with food as well, and we caught them on video saying nice things about us. That makes two video testimonials a day.
