No matter if you are working with a sales funnel professional or are trying to create a marketing campaign yourself, you will need the adequate technology to succeed. First time you research marketing funnels, you are likely to come across ClickFunnels and LeadPages, but they alone will not guarantee success. No sales funnel will work without getting people to visit your offers. Below you will find a few tips on how to create pages, automate your messaging and marketing, and track your sales funnel conversions.

Web Design Tools
You will need a landing page for your funnel. as well as pages that will take people to the next level. Most sales funnels have a thank you page that will either ask people to engage with the business in any way, or offers an upgrade, also called an upsell. You can have as many “thank you” pages as you want, but don’t overdo it, or you will appear spammy and desperate. You will need a great layout that will convert; if you are good with web design, you can write your sales letters and lead capture pages, but if not, you might need to use ClickFunnels, LeadPages, or other systems. Larger businesses tend to use Thrive Architect. This will cost you between $99 and $149 per month.
Some people say that email marketing is dead. It is not true. In fact, email marketing – if done the right way – can increase your conversions and help you build a relationship with your followers. The key is that you create reciprocity and provide value, not only ads. There are some great basic autoresponders that can work great for your business. Aweber is one of the ones you can try, but MailerLite is another option as well as the free version of Hubspot. If you are looking to generate leads through social media, and you have a Facebook page, you might want to get a messaging bot. A messaging bot is something that will contact people who interacted with your page. There are limited free versions for most of the software. The ones we found easy to use are MobileMonkey and ManyChat. The good news is that you can add a messenger bot to your site, as well. This allows people to contact you immediately and get answers to their most urgent problems. It makes sense to use this digital marketing tool, as it will increase your sales funnel conversions.
Social Media Management and Stats Software
If you want to know which content is winning and which one flops on social media, you might want to invest in a social media management software. You will get basic stats in Buffer and Hootsuite, but we use the white label version of SocialPilot for all our client accounts. It gives us a graphic representation of what has happened with the different accounts in the past 7.15. or 30 days. It provides a performance report on the hashtags we use, as well as the most frequent commenters, influencers, and more. An advanced social media management software will cost you between $10 and $50 per month.
It is not easy to create posts that are visually engaging and get conversion, too. Social media and blog content needs to be created with the ideal client in mind. You will either have to get a designer or get Canva Premium, but this will not get you the videos that will boost your social media traffic. We use two pieces of software costing us around $100 per month that allows us to use consistent brand images for social media posts. One of them creates short Insta videos, while the other turns your articles into video posts that are easier to consume for your audience.
Video Editing Software
Of course, videos get a much higher engagement rate than image or text posts. You might need a video for your website. Most videographers will charge you hundreds for a single video. However, you can also get your own software, but learning it will be a struggle. We use Adobe Spark, and it is not the cheapest out there if you don’t want to go with the basic account. A video will cost you $250-450.
