I was thinking about taking them through how to set up a campaign on MailChimp, and get them to understand the technicalities of email marketing. However, just hours before the meeting I had a second thought and created the below sheet:

I usually start a free consultation session with asking the same questions, but it is also important that we refocus on the targets and the main messages before we start a campaign; either on social media or on other platforms.
I have to tell you that I was extremely impressed with what he came up with. He managed to refocus his business, create effective messages, and understand the needs of his market better.
The good news is that now I am able to focus on the right brand messages and align them with the target niche’s needs.
