If you have been payinig for website traffic, and only got a sale here and then, chances are that you are not focusing on engagement enough. The bad news is that the majority of people will not buy from you the first time they come across your page, and this is why you will need to make sure that you get them to come back and create an emotional connection. Autoresponder sequences, if they are set up correctly, can help you add people to your sales funnel and increase your converson rates.

Nobody Buys from Websites; They Buy from Humans

Digital marketiing is awesome. I use technology every day to drive traffic to my clients’ sites and get engagments. However, software should never replace the human element. While marketing is still a numbers’ game, quality plays an important role. If you can improve your relationship with your readers and potential cusotmers, you are likely to get them to engage with your personal brand and trust you.

Nobody Buys the First Time They Come Across a Product

One of the mistake people make before they sit down with me and learn about LMNts Marketing is that they believe that with enough traffic to their sales page they will be able to make loads of sales. This couldn’t be further from the truth. In fact, it is important that you keep on putting your offers out there and explain how they can benefit from using your products and services, showcasing your enterprise. Bulding trust is a great part of marketing sales funnels.

People Want To Trust You

Gaining your potential buyers’ trust is crucial online. They might never get to meet you in person, and want to make sure that they are making the right decision. If you simply appear once and don’t stay in touch, providing value through your autoresponder, chances are that your initial message will get lost in the white noise of the internet. You have to constantly remind your visitors about the benefits of the product or service you offer, and gain their trust through showcasing you expertise. Autoresponders will help you get this done.

You Need to Answer The Most Important Question Your Buyers Have

When I sit down with a business owner and create an inital review of their site, I often find that there is an important element missing: the call-to-action. If you don’t tell people what you want them to do, chances are that you will not get them to do what you want. The other thing you have to check is whether you answer the most important question your potential buyers might have: “what is in it for me?”. Unfortunately, no matter how much you have spent on your website, if it doesn’t include this answer, your conversion rates will be low.

The Power of Upsells and Downsells

Internet marketers often talk about sales funnels in terms of upsells and downsells. I usually start with a basic marketing funnel development and expand it based on the new products and services the client introduces. However, just because your client cannot commit to a 12-month contract, there is no reason why they might not be interested in a basic package, a short course, or a newsletter. Later on, they might be ready to buy your high ticket item, provided that your alternative product has provided them with enough value. Likewise, if they have bought a basic product, they might want to improve their experience later. If you have no autoresponders, you will have no chance of letting them know about the existence of the higher ticket item.

Autoresponders are great if you have an advanced sales funnel you can use to generate awareness, interest, demand, and get your subscribers to take action. Make sure that you are using them in a smart way.

I am happy to announce that now all my full service packages, from Silver level include autresponder management, including testing and measurements, so you can take advantage of this smart technology, even if you are often confused about what you are supposed to do. Check out the packages and get in touch to discuss your options or just get some free advice.
